I absolutely love this mask. The smell is gorgeous, a little goes a long way and feels like a real treat .

As someone who has acne (not the sort where it’s just a few small pimples here and there preventing flawless skin - actual acne!) and has done for 9 years, this face mask genuinely soothes my skin when it’s inflamed or I’ve had a particularly bad breakout. I feel it calms it down and doesn’t create further breakouts, which is something I’ve never found! Although everyone’s skin is different, I feel this is great for an acne prone person :)

I love this mask, good consistency, no nasty chemicals or parfums just a decent natural face mask. Feels very luxurious, expensive for the amount but it does last.

First time of trying this mask and it is lovely and cooling to use. Skin feels great afterwards, however, not sure if I would re-purchase Sas quite expensive

This face mask is beautiful! The smell is devine and the texture feels luxurious. A little goes a long way. I found it so relaxing, lying down for ten minutes while the mask worked it's magic. After washing the mask off, I found my skin to be deeply nourished and revitalised.

With its silky consistency, white tea face mask made my complexion feel so smooth. It left my face feeling properly cleansed and it was so easy to use.

This is my favourite mask to use. I have oily and dehydrated skin which is prone to being both congested and sensitive (fun, I know!!). This mask cleans deep down and helps to even/control my oily t zone, and soothes at the same time. My skin always feels calmer and clearer after using. Plus, like all NYR products it smells lovely so is all round a great experience to use. Highly recommend.

I adore this face mask! As I’ve got older my skin is very sensitive to my hormonal changes so it can be dry but I am also prone to small breakouts. I use this mask once a week after it was introduced to me by my beauty therapist. It goes on really nicely, and instantly feels cooling on the skin and the scent is light and fresh. I leave it on for a good 15 minutes and take it off with a warm face cloth. My skin feels so fresh and clear but not tight or dry. It has helped to minimise my breakouts and brightens my skin which can sometimes be dull or patchy. A really lovely product.

It is lovely. It easy to use and feels great on your skin. For me, it leaves my skin feeling clearer and cleaner. It feels like a treat to use it. I bought it on a whim just to try and would definitely buy again now.

I have used this mask for a while now. I find it to be excellent for my skin, which is combination normal/ slightly oily central T. I also use the Frankincense range, including masks. Neal's Yard has been my primary range for many years and I have no intention of changing because the products have always looked after my skin and, in my personal view, are nudging perfect.

Gentle purifying mask which is easy to remove. Leaves my skin feeling really clean.

Honestly the best face mask I’ve ever used. I was using NY for years but for some (very silly) reason I decided to try alternative skin care. Safe to say after two months my skin wasn’t adjusting well. I decided to go back to NY and had to get the white tea mask to get me feeling like myself again. Honestly works wondering! There’s nothing better out there for me!

I use this as a hydrating product. It does its work, but after a few minutes it will get quite dry, which is what I don’t like that much. But overall, it’s a good product.
