Our subscription service is simple and flexible - you can modify it anytime online. You can adjust your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity by visiting the Subscriptions section in your account. Please make any changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipment date.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
By subscribing, you receive an exclusive discount on every order placed through the subscription service.
How do I subscribe?
Signing up for a subscription is easy. You can subscribe directly from a product page or while reviewing items in your shopping bag.
To start, select the Subscribe & Save option for your chosen product, choose your preferred delivery frequency, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
Subscription orders must be paid for using a credit or debit card. We do not currently accept eGift Certificates, Klarna, or PayPal for subscriptions.
Loyalty or birthday vouchers also cannot be applied to subscription orders.
What happens after I subscribe?
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Subscriptions section of your account, where you can manage your future orders, replenishment items, and account details.
Orders will be placed automatically based on your selected frequency, and you’ll only be charged when your order ships.
You'll also receive email notifications about important updates, such as product discontinuations, out-of-stock items, and confirmation of any changes or cancellations.
Your subscription will continue until you cancel. By placing an order, you authorize Neal’s Yard Remedies to charge your saved payment method according to your selected frequency and quantity.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Managing your subscription is simple. You can adjust your next order date, skip an order, change your delivery frequency, or cancel an upcoming order by visiting the Subscriptions section in your account.
Please ensure any modifications are made at least 24 hours before your next shipment.
How do I update my account information?
To update your account details, visit the Subscriptions section within your account.
To change your shipping address, click the Change Shipping link below your current address. You can select an existing address or add a new one. Be sure to click Save Changes and confirm the update. This new address will apply to all current and future subscription orders.
To update your payment method, click Change Billing below your current billing details. You’ll be redirected to the payment details section, where you can edit or add a new card. Click Save Card to confirm the update. The new payment method will apply to all future auto-replenishment orders.
Please make any updates at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
Do subscription orders qualify for special offers and gifts with purchase?
When you first subscribe, your order will qualify for any active promotions, as long as you meet the spend threshold and other requirements.
However, subsequent subscription orders will not be eligible for future promotions. Our subscription program is designed to provide ongoing savings through discounts and extra samples on each order.
If you'd like to take advantage of a promotion, you can pause or skip your next subscription order and place a one-time purchase instead. Your subscription discount will not apply to this new order.
Will I earn loyalty points on my subscription orders?
Yes! You’ll continue to earn Rewards Program points on both your initial subscription order and all recurring auto-replenishment orders.
However, loyalty vouchers cannot be applied to recurring subscription orders.
Can I change my shipping method?
No, all subscription orders are shipped via our standard delivery service.
Why was my subscription order cancelled?
If a product in your subscription is discontinued, we’ll notify you via email, and the subscription for that item will be cancelled.
If you cancel two or more subscription orders within 24 hours of their scheduled shipment, Neal’s Yard Remedies may suspend future subscription orders for six months. You will receive an email notification if this happens. If you wish to resubscribe or have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team.
