Suitable for adults and children over 6 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take in the following doses or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Adults and children over 12 years: 5 full sprays in the mouth up to 4 times daily.
Children 6 to 12 years: 2 full sprays in the mouth up to 4 times daily.

Good product, inadequate spray

I have purchased this twice, the second time because i found the first bottle to be excellent in every way. However this second one has a spray pump which is too stiff to depress easily and drips and leaks all down the bottle. I do not live anywhere near a shop and purchased while on holiday in Bath. Basically a poor dispenser pump which is not fit for purpose. ( old bottle black pump, new one white) . An expensive mistake which is a shame .

The perfect and quick solution to a painful throat

I woke up with a horribly painful and swollen sore throat yesterday, and after a couple doses of this miraculous spray, it was completely soothed by the afternoon.
It’s a terrible shame this this item seems to be perpetually out of stock on the NYR website or in store, as I’d rather buy directly from the company than from Amazon.
Honestly, this little throat spray is a winter lifesaver and tastes delicious too.

Best Sore throat remedy!

This is a firm favourite sore throat remedy for our family. The minute we feel a cold starting with a scratch in the throat, we use this spray, and nine times out of ten it will stop the infection in its tracks. Highly recommended!
