Herbal Tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation that are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies. The herb is steeped in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing. All the benefits of the herb are captured in the tincture.
Daily dose is normally a maximum of 2.5ml. Best used in combination with other herbal tinctures. Do not use for more than 3 weeks as it is a very strong herb, may stress the liver, reduces friendly gut flora, depletes Vit B.
