Latin name - Salvia officinalis L.

Herbal Tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation that are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies.  The herb is steeped in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing. All the benefits of the herb are captured in the tincture.

Dosage is normally between 1ml and 5ml added to a little water up to three times a day.

Best one I've come across

I have only tried one other SJW tincture, but this one is far superior. Have also tried tablets but they are not as good either.
Used as an anti depressant / mood enhancer. For me it seems to work more or less instantly.

St. John’s Wort

I have been taking this tincture for around three months and have noticed a marked effect in my mood and well being during this long harsh winter in the Highlands of Scotland. It is pleasant to take, and a larger bottle offered instead of other retailers smaller ones makes this a rather good deal for the customer.

Great product

I’m just starting to take this tincture again and it seems to be working great. Very pleased with the size bottle, you get a lot more than from other suppliers. I will definitely be buying more of this.
