Herbal tinctures are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies, prepared by steeping the herb in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing. This process captures all the benefits of the herb in the tincture, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

What's inside: Hawthorn berry (Crataegus spp.), alcohol, purified water.

INGREDIENTS: Dried herb to liquid ratio W/V 1:5, alcohol or fresh herb to liquid ratio W/V 1:3, Water, organic alcohol**, Hawthorn berries Crataegus monogyna.

Allergen information: May contain: Gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard and celery.

Loving the benefits

The tincture is very good and I will buy again. The only comment I have is that it does not come with anything to measure the correct amount. Also no info of how much on the bottle..in fact little info at all. You do send a leaflet but this could easily be misplaced with all the packaging..regards Janet

An amazing product

I was advised by a herbalist to try Hawthorn berry tincture as my blood pressure was always high and I also had higher diabetes readings. After 4/5 weeks of taking my BP had dropped from 169/82. To 130/70 and my diabetes is within normal range

The Wonder of Hawthorn

Having this remedy - 40 drops 3x a day has saved me from suffering memory loss, confusion and feeling like I was having dementia (I am in the middle of writing a book about my work - so not good!) These were the side effects of the low dose Beta Blockers I was on! A lower dose of Hawthorn did not do it for me and it had to be the berry not the flower. I had palpitations, an irregular heartbeat, a premature heartbeat, breathless at times and very weak. All these went after a few weeks of having Hawthorn instead of the Beta Blockers. I feel full of energy now. I am 75 and have been taking my Hawthorn daily for 2 1/2 years now, the only side effect is good health and fitness! It was first used to treat heart disease in the 1st Century, so well tested!! A VERY satisfied customer.

Tried and trusted

Have used this tincture for so many years. Basically for high blood pressure, and also have prolapsed mitral valve. I took regularly and it kept me going.
But recently at health centre my BP was taken and it was found to be dangerously high. A GP was sent for and he prescribed me BP medication. I had avoided such medicines for years, but obviously that was a vast mistake. Now I am on medication my BP has normalized. But I can no longer take Hawthorn Tincture which I am very regretful about.
