Fennel Seed Dried Herb 50g

Really like the taste of the fennel.

Great for bloating and stomach problems but has the added benefit of flavouring the water and pasta !

I have this for breakfast made in my special filtered teapot. It is lovely and refreshing to drink first thing in the mornings. Very gentle on the stomach. I prefer the seeds brewed as other makers packet teas don't quite have the same delicate taste.

I like to use fennel seeds to aid indigestion, usually as a tea, and I am happy with the quality of these seeds from Neals Yard.

My daughter has been drinking a great deal of this fennel tea herb and it is certainly helping her milk supply for her new baby daughter. She loves the flavour of it and I am keeping her well supplied. Recommend it to breast feeding mums.
