Did the job

I've only ever used cramp bark tea before, this is a lot easier although tastes just as bad. It did the job, has lasted a little while although not as long as I'd like.

Helps hugely with my period pain

A wise woman recommended this tincture to me years ago when I was suffering from period pain and cramping. It makes a big difference and can turn around a 'write-off' day. Highly recommended. Voucher received for review but would write it anyway! Game changer.

Cramp bark

I suffer with leg cramps and this tincture is amazing.

Extremely effective for menstrual cramps

I am not keen on taking medication and this tincture works just as well as ibuprofen for menstrual cramps. I am so happy I can deal with the issue naturally.

Cramp bark for endometriosis

I tried this Cramp bark for the first time for severe menstrual pain (endometriosis) and I experienced noticeable relief, thank you Neals Yard. I plan to continue taking this on a monthly basis. I am thankful for the review I read, which encouraged me to try this tincture. I hope this review is helpful to you too!
