  1. Morning and evening, warm a small amount of Women’s Balance Body Balm in palms and gently massage into skin, avoiding the nipple area.
  2. Apply Women’s Balance Remedies to Roll to pulse points as needed.
  3. Take a moment to inhale the therapeutic aromas as part of your wind-down ritual.

Jar: Wash out and recycle.

Lid: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling guidelines. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store.

Carton [if applicable]: FSC® card. Please recycle.

Top tip: Re-apply the lid to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.
