  1. Massage into clean skin before or after exercise.

Aluminium: Wash out (if possible) and recycle.

Cap: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling facilities. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store.

Top tip: Re-apply the cap to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.

Standard Delivery: FREE for orders over £50. £4.50 for orders under £50. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery following receipt of despatch notification. Standard delivery in the UK is provided by Evri. Please note signature may be required.
