Sensitive Replenish & Balance Moisturiser 50ml

I love, love, love this moisturizer and the whole sensitive range ❤️❤️❤️ for my acne prone, combination, sensitive skin! When I can’t stop the breakouts and redness, I always return to this whole range. But I am so disappointed to see that it’s been discontinued!! Why??? 🙁🙁🙁
This line is so very clean and delicate, it’s been plumbing too for my fine lines. PLEASE BRING THIS WHOLE RANGE BACK!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 None of your other moisturizers compare to this one! And none of them are this clean ingredients wise!

I brought this for my daughter who has sensitive skin and red patches. So far it has helped her skin feel less raw. So I’m hoping over time her skin will settle and continue to be balanced

As a loyal customer of 15+ years, I was surprised to find that the Sensitive Soothing Moisturiser I've been using for years is no longer available and has apparently been replaced by this new product. I'm using it every morning, trying to give it a chance, but my face feels dry and tight unless I combine it with something else. Please note, I also use the Frankincense Intense products at night and also use Sensitive Soothing Cleansing Milk to wash my face morning and night.

This is the first time I've used this particular moisturiser. I have used the sensitive micellar cleanser that compliments for a couple of years.
The moisturiser is quite light & soaks into my skin well. It smells very similar to Nivea, so not that natural a smell. That is why I have given a 4 rather than 5

This has become a regular buy for me. It goes on very smoothly and feels great on my spot prone skin.

I got this as a replacement for the Sensitive and Soothing Moisturizer that NYR used to sell. This one is very light and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, which is very nice. However, I have to use a lot of it to keep my skin from feeling "tight" after washing, which isn't great considering how small this container is. It might with better in the summer, though, as winters are very dry where I am. I usually supplement with the rose beauty balm. I wish they would bring my old moisturizer back. I don't think this will be a repeat purchase for me.

This is a pleasant cream that suits my skin that has become sensitive in recent years , post menopause.

My skin is so sensitive, it’s hard for me to find products that suit. I’m so happy to find Sensitive Replenish and Rebalance moisturiser as it feels beautifully moisturising, and doesn’t cause a rash. I love it!

Really good moisturiser - a small amount goes a long way and it leaves my skin so soft.

I tried this as an alternative to the sensitive soothing moisturiser that's been discontinued (used it for years and loved it), I found I had to apply it about 5 times to get the same effect.
It's just too thin for my skin and it's more expensive which sucks.
I'll try a couple of others but this one was a waste of money for me.

I have been having redness and breakouts, was hoping this product would help but made me dry. and still red. Sadly not the right product for my skin

It's so smooth and leaves your skin feeling AMAZING

I’m 26 with acne-prone and reactive skin, and I’ve gone through three bottles of this moisturiser because I usually buy the set to save money on the micellar water and serum in the range. Unfortunately, while the product itself is effective, I’ve found the smell to be truly off-putting, to the point where I’m now willing to spend a little extra to buy the products separately as I avoid using the moisturizer because of the smell. I can’t quite describe the scent, but it’s unpleasant and lingers on your skin throughout the day, which is really annoying. I’m typically not sensitive to fragrances, but this one is different—it’s so strong that my partner even avoids sitting next to me because of it!

As for the moisturiser itself, it’s quite runny, and I’ve noticed it clings to my eyebrows, which can result in them hardening in strange positions if I forget to wipe it off, and sometimes it flakes off when dry. That being said, it doesn’t aggravate my acne at all, and if anything, I find it helps calm my skin. My redness significantly decreases almost immediately after using it, so it definitely has soothing properties. It’s just such a shame that the smell is so off-putting, as I really like how it performs on my skin!

If only i could get past the smell...

Lovely moisturiser for my combination, redness prone skin. I struggle to find moisturisers that aren’t too heavy which are also suitable for sensitive skin-until now! I’ve already repurchased 😊

I have tried and tested so many non toxic/natural facial creams that are marketed as suitable for sensitive/rosacea skin! my skin has been so reactive to everything so in my another attempt to find something suitable I thought I’d try this cream. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days but really happy with the results. My skin instantly feels soothed, redness has completely calmed down and my cheeks have began to clear - my skin is finally beginning to feel normal again😭. My skin feels lovely and moisturised all day - it doesn’t leave me looking greasy or clog my pores. Highly recommended if you have reactive/sensitive skin!

This product has revolutionised my skincare. I have had extremely sensitive skin for years and suffer from facial rosacea and eczema. This moisturiser soothes my skin leaving it hydrated and moisturised without causing redness and dryness. Thank you Neals Yard!

As my skin ages it has become more sensitive, and this is the best moisturiser I’ve found that doesn’t irritate it.

After having problems with my skin after using certain products it’s great to find a product that doesn’t give me any skin problems and my skin feels great.

This sensitive moisturiser is such a great product, it’s really helped my skin, it’s so silky smooth on my skin & the smell is lovely.
It’s not a product I would have chosen but after an amazing facial at the York Neals Yard the therapist recommended for me & it has worked wonders.
