Diffuse it to help promote a sense of calm and focus, ready for inner reflection, breathwork or whenever you want to create a moment of zen. Add to a diffuser to enhance your mindfulness or meditation practice.

What's inside: Vetiver and ethically sourced sandalwood to calm the active mind, the finest frankincense from Oman to deepen the breath and add focus, uplifting orange, and a drop of black pepper.

Supports: Helps you relax, enhances mindfulness practice, and supports a calm, focused state of mind.

My favourite scent to work with.
