Have decided to try VAC to balance my hormones and went with Neals Yard as have used them in the past and trust them.
I shall be ordering another bottle soon. Its too early to give an honest review but I can say I feel like it's helped so far .

Just what I need

I often buy this vitamin in tablet form but thought I’d give this a go. Personally AC has been life changing, it’s helped me through when my hormones have taken over. I recommend it to every woman struggling. I started taking it daily in the beginning but now I just take it around my cycle and find it very effective. I like the Tincture as it helps me drink more water and I can add it into drinks with ease. It feels like less of a chore than taking a tablet.
Like a lot of people in the comment have mentioned, it’s not easy to pour without spilling, I’ve found using a (reusable) straw perfect for transferring, it acts like a pipette. Hope that’s helpful x

Excellent for hormone balance

I am so happy I found Neal's Yard tincture because it is great value and I am assured of the quality being from a trusted brand. Agnus Castus is something I take daily now to keep my hormones in balance and take the edge off the difficulties brought on by the menstrual cycle. It might not work for everyone but for me it has been a life changer.
