menopause symptoms

I came off HRT 9 months ago only because I didn't want to be on medication, and I believed that my symptoms could be helped naturally. Over the last 9 months, I have been trying all kinds of natural methods, which gave me some relief. Natural remedies don't work for everyone the same way, but there are a lot of things to try. I purchased mortherwort tincture, based on some good reviews. I have been using it for a bit over a week, and for the last 4 days, I have no hot flushes and have slept really well, and my anxiety has gone as well as the vaginal dryness! I'm not an anxious person usually, but with menopause my brain has focused lots more on negative stuff. So overall - I'm totally amazed. I can't really believe the difference. So good to have my old self back. And I hope it will keep on working for me. I've been taking one teaspoon a day, straight. The taste is totally fine. Thank you for the great product!

Brought this to help with my menopause symptoms and having it as a daily tincture in water. Really helping with the symptoms along with taking Agnus Castus tincture. Both products came in a lovely box with full instructions and guidance on taking herbal remedies.

Amazing herb

This herb came recommend for coping with anxiety. Combined with Skullcap and Lemon balm I noticed a quick acting and sustained change in my anxiety levels. Also a herb thats great for women's cycles, I'm not sure yet but my pmt symptoms seemed to have been reduced too! Absolutely amazing herb and so thankful it's readily available from NYR
