Herbal Tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation that are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies. The herb is steeped in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing. All the benefits of the herb are captured in the tincture.

Great Digestive Aid!

I take about 10ml a day and it has helped a lot with anti-water retention and has helped me become more "regular," so to speak. I feel lighter and less gluggy and like my digestion has improved and would happily to continue to use and repurchase this again!
