Formulated with soothing organic arnica, skin-nourishing oils and protective beeswax, this convenient arnica salve is Soil Association Certified. Ideal for a deep tissue massage after exercise, it helps to relieve bruises and soothe aching muscles thanks to its renowned anti-inflammatory properties. The compact format makes it suitable for on-the-go use whenever your muscles need comfort and care.

  1. Massage into clean skin before or after exercise.

Jar: Wash out and recycle.

Lid: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling guidelines. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store, and we'll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.

Carton [if applicable]: FSC® card. Please recycle.

Top tip: Re-apply the lid to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.
