Herbal Tinctures are an alcohol and water based preparation that are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies. The herb is steeped in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing.All the benefits of the herb are captured in the tincture.

Best remedy for period cramps!!

So I was apprehensive if this would work for period cramps, as someone who needs to take pain relief at that time of the month I started looking for more natural remedies and wanted to stop using otc pain killers. Started taking this as soon as I needed 3 times a day 5ml mixed with some juice and on the first day there was an edge taken off the pain but it really kicked in the second day and I’m so glad it ACTUALLY works! I just wish I had known about this sooner.

Did the job

I've only ever used cramp bark tea before, this is a lot easier although tastes just as bad. It did the job, has lasted a little while although not as long as I'd like.

Helps hugely with my period pain

Extremely effective for menstrual cramps

I am not keen on taking medication and this tincture works just as well as ibuprofen for menstrual cramps. I am so happy I can deal with the issue naturally.
