Mother’s Massage Oil: Warm a few drops in your hands and then massage into skin using a circular motion.
Mother’s Bath Oil: Add a tablespoon under warm running water and swirl to disperse. Sink in, relax and enjoy. Use as often as desired both before and after pregnancy. Each bottle should be enough for 6-8 baths.
Mother’s Balm: Warm a small amount of balm in your hands and gently massage into skin, avoiding the nipple area. Apply morning and evening during and after pregnancy. For best results apply twice daily.
Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid use in case of known allergy to listed ingredients.
