Pour liberally under warm running taps and swirl to disperse. Sink in, inhale the therapeutic aromatherapy blend, and relax.

Bottle: Wash out and recycle.

Flip top or screw cap: Can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet, so please check your local recycling facilities. If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store, and we'll recycle via our TerraCycle scheme.

Top tip: Re-apply the lid to guarantee the best chance of being recycled.
