Designed to be treasured

Housed in a beautiful keepsake box, the front of the advent calendar is adorned with an intricate illustration of our iconic Covent Garden flagship store – a tribute to where we first began 45 years ago. The sleeve and inside of the calendar feature Morris & Co.’s distinctive Snakeshead print, created by designer, poet, writer and environmentalist William Morris and reimagined in a bespoke red colourway. This botanical pattern was chosen for its symbolism, honouring one of Britain's most remarkable wildflowers. Once close to extinction during the Victorian era, the snakeshead fritillary has since become a symbol of conservation, echoing our mutual, unwavering appreciation for nature.

Thoughtful by nature

Sustainability lies at the heart of everything we do, and our advent calendar is no exception. The sleeve is printed with vegetable inks, while the box is made from FSC®-certified board. We also used 100% compostable TENCEL™ ribbon, sustainably sourced from natural raw wood material.
