This supplement will help improve skin, hair and nails with a combination of hemp, flax, avocado and evening primrose oil. As well as looking after the surface of your skin by applying nourishing skin care, the key to healthy, radiant skin lies in providing the essential nutrition that it needs to renew, maintain and repair. This Beauty Oil contains nourishing omega fatty acids, essential nutrients and anti-oxidants that the skin needs to replenish itself.

Benefits:

  • Nutritional aid to support the body in feeling good and looking younger
  • Offers a comprehensive range of potent antioxidants including vitamin E and carotenoids alpha and beta-carotene, along with botanical antioxidant lutein (present in dark, leafy vegetables)
  • Simple way to boost the goodness in your diet

Take two or three teaspoons daily at mealtimes. Add to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or drizzle onto vegetables, pasta, rice etc... or just take neat from the spoon. Our skin isn't just a surface, it's the largest organ of our body, acting as a protective barrier between us and our environment.

The skin consists of two layers, the underlying dermis and the surface epidermis, which is constantly renewing itself, taking about 20 days to refresh. As well as looking after the surface of our skin by applying nourishing skin care, the key to healthy, radiant skin lies in providing the essential nutrition that it needs to renew, maintain and repair. Essential fatty acids are vital, and the body cannot produce them for itself, they must come from the diet or be directly applied. We've put together this special skin-nourishing blend which contains the essential nutrients and anti-oxidants that the skin needs to replenish itself. Take daily to enhance the beauty of skin, hair and nails

Cleanse from within

Start your day with a refreshing cup of hot water with the juice of half a lemon to cleanse and rehydrate the body and support digestion.

Foods for Dry Skin

Omega oils or essential fatty acids help to balance sebum in our skin. When taken with food they're often referred to as our internal moisturiser because of the link between gut health and the skin.

Amazing

This is my 3rd bottle of Beauty Oil. I notice quite a difference with my skin since using this supplement. I notice a difference all over, not just on my face. I do find the texture unpleasant, however I've mastered a wee breakfast concoction of
tea spoon of beauty oil, natural yoghurt, and either honey mixed in with yoghurt, or blueberries.

Beauty oil

Love the organic vegan oil 3:6:9 omega all in one oil . Safe as well as fish oils may contain mercury so this allows the benefit of the omega oils safely . I’ve taken this for about 3 years now and my skin hair and nails reflect this it’s important to support the skin as it’s the biggest organ in the body ; there are also lots of other health benefits heart health which is important as well . Competitively priced against other vegan omega products as well

Organic Beauty Oil

Excellent product to keep skin and hair looking smooth and hydrated.
Mostly taken straight from the spoon, I personally don't mind the taste, also great added to my morning porridge. Though I've heard Essential Fatty Acids are best taken before bed, to assist the body on it's repair shift.

A simple way to boost intake of Omega3

It’s hard to gauge the effect of taking Organic Beauty Oil, I’ve been taking it for many years. It seems to be a really good blend of five different seed oils, which probably makes it super high in omega 3. I’ve tried taking just Golden Flax Seed Oil, but the suggested daily intake is three times as much as the Organic Beauty Oil and is prone to causing an upset stomach. I take Beauty Oil stirred into some Cranberry juice just to disguise the mildly unpleasant taste. I would recommend this oil to any one wanting to increase omega 3 in their diet.

I have taken this for last four weeks and my skin feels and looks so healthy!! I was taking 1tsp neat but didn't suit my tummy. Now i mix with a bit of juice and it has resolved the issue. A question Neal's Yard. Is it ok to take 2tsp in one go once a day?? Thank you
