Herbal tinctures are a traditional and convenient way to take herbal remedies, prepared by steeping the herb in a mixture of alcohol and water for a period of time before pressing. This process captures all the benefits of the herb in the tincture, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

What's inside: Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera), alcohol, purified water.

It has a very strong potent flavour, but I quite like it. warms your throat. I take it to manage times of stress and anxiety. It helps me even if it is a placebo.
