In this private session, your life coach will start by gaining a thorough understanding from you of what you want to achieve. This could be a change in career, a new relationship or a house move; they will help you to identify your aspirations and your reasoning behind them. They will guide you through a positive process aimed at making internal and constructive changes. Your life coach also will offer comments and opinions designed to keep you focused.
