What to expect during your session

Before your hypnotherapy session, your practitioner may be in touch with you to discuss what issue(s) you would like to address during the session. As every client is different and every session is personally designed around each individual's needs, the hypnotherapist needs time to plan their approach and the direction of the session in advance. This means the consultation process may not be very long on the day of the treatment, but the therapist will take a little time to explain what to expect from the session.

All sessions are completed in a safe and confidential space, providing you with freedom to explore your own thoughts and feelings without bias.
