I started taking these supplements because my nails were breaking like a paper for no reason, they were quite poorly. Two friends already recommended Frankincense before and I am happy to say that they worked as a charm! In less than a month taking a pill once a day, my nails are back to normal. Totally cleared my psoriasis

I was will to give anything a go I had nothing to loose by trying and starting these tablets it took a while to get into my system and visibly notice a difference but my 2 months my psoriasis’s had massively improved and kept clearing until now I don’t have a patch on my body no need for strong strips creams any more but I do need to keep taking them or I bits of psoriasis cream back but I’d rather have take these and gain multiple benefits from them then string steroid creams
If definitely recommend giving these ago but do be patient with results
