Before I moved to the UK, I was working as a Medical Assistant for 14 years in a busy General Practice in Germany. I trained to become a naturopath and qualified as a nutritionist, advising patients about healthy diets and natural ways to lose weight. When I moved to Leeds in 2006, I ended up working in a different industry but after a while I decided that I wanted to make use of my medical knowledge again. I attended the Central College of Health & Beauty and qualified as a Complementary Therapist in 2011 (ITEC level 3 Diploma).
My NO HANDS® journey began in 2013 when I completed my Immersion year and became an Advanced Practitioner. As part of my ongoing development, I qualified as a NO HANDS® Therapist in 2015.
I am a member of the professional NO HANDS® Massage Association and abide by their unique Code of Responsibility, which means that your safety and comfort is my primary concern and I work to the highest clinical standards.
My clients select their preferred treatment style, speed and depths and my part as the therapist is to ensure that I provide the best possible treatment, to assist my clients to achieve their personal massage outcomes. For some clients, this may be a treatment to allow the release of tension in their muscles, others wish to reconnect their mind and body again, or some might want to feel more freely, recharge or replenish.
