Rejuvenating Frankincense Facial Wash 100ml

I’ve been a fan of NYR for many years,  I really like the power of this cleanser to remove makeup etc and it’s perfect for after sport, leaves the skin feeling really soft and recharged.  The frankincense smell is unique and really relaxing.  If only I could get the pump to work! To get the product out I have to keep opening the bottle and shaking some out. That’s my only grumble, 

I was really surprised when I saw a number of negative reviews so I felt I had to do one of my own. There are now three different types of frankincense cleanser to choose from and I have tried them all. This one is a milk cleanser - in no way does it clog skin - I wash it off and it leaves my skin clean and soft and hydrated. I love it. For a more foamy type cleanser, use the one in the plastic tube - rejuvenating frankincense refining cleanser. It's a few pounds more and comes with a muslin cloth. Also really good - although I prefer the milk cleanser personally. Finally there is a clear gel which turns first to oil for facial massage and then foamy with water and is called frankincense intense. It is designed for mature skin and is super-hydrating. Each of them will have their fans but it really isn't fair to mark this one down because it's not what you prefer. I love the smell of frankincense - it is proven to improve mood. This one is my personal favourite but the others are also good.

I use this wash to take my make-up off in the evening and I love how gentle it is. It’s great at removing make-up and never dries my skin out. 

I really love this face wash, I have quite sensitive skin which is prone to drying out and this face wash is perfect. it’s gentle and leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturised. Only use one pump at a time so lasts me a long time. Love the smell too!

This is the first time i have tried your products and i am delighted with this facial wash. I feel it rejuvenates/rehydrates and leaves my skin feeling great. I have never found a product that has really suited til i found this one as my skin is quite sensitive and other products leave it feeling claggy.

lovely cleanser. does the job well without drying out my skin. one pump is all that is needed and because it doesn't over dispense it is very economical to use

This is a lovely product but I think the inaccurate description might case some of the bad reviews. This is not a facial wash in the traditional sense, it’s a milky cleanser. Originally I used it as per the instructions but over time didn’t really feel that the water would wash it off properly or that the dirt was effectively cleaned. Ive since started using damp flannels with cream cleaners to cleanse and this is amazing, feels like a real treat. I use one pump and loosen it with a little water so it does go a long way when you use it like this. Would highly recommend, but think that NYR are missing a trick with the description and labelling here! Also, one of the only cleaners on the market in a glass bottle. Well done NYR!

Used this product for years along with the rest of the Frankincense range. No grumbles from me & I do find it takes away all make up. A little goes along way.

I purched it last summer from London and was not impressed, came back from my holiday and did not use it. But now i realised how to use it properly. You need only a small amount, massage it well cause it becomes oily, then wipe it off with a cloth.

Use daily and is excellent product - skin no longer feels tight and help keep eyelids clear
