Soothing
I received this as a free gift in my order and I absolutely love it! As someone who struggles with social anxiety it was just what I needed after a long day. This little mist is brilliant stuff. 10 minutes after spraying this in the room and on my pillow I was asleep, I woke up 10 hours later. It was brilliant. As some one was chronic fatigue sleeping and staying asleep is a real difficulty and this little bottle worked magic for me. It was a Christmas present that was worth it's weight in pure gold. I heartily recommend this to anyone who sleeps badly.

I love the smell of this pillow mist and it definitely aids relaxation. Unfortunately the pump spray has stopped working so I have half a bottle left that I can't spray onto my pillow.

I have been disappointed with this pillow mist. It’s a nice smell, but very subtle, and fades rapidly. I’ve previously bought other Lavender sleep sprays that have lasted longer. I won’t be buying any more.
