Really good service.

My first delivery arrived and there was a tiny bit of leakage from one of the items. I let them know in case they needed to look at any aspect of operations and they weren’t only happy to hear but were keen to replace the item and a free replacement was sent out NEXT DAY. Nobody could have expected better as a resolution to a (very minor) problem.
