INTRODUCTION TO MASSAGE WORKSHOP

Do something different! Learn how to give a fantastic back massage to family and friends. Using chairs, (fully clothed) you will experiment with a range of massage strokes(effluerage, pettrisage and percussive). We will introduce you to the joys of different oils and their health benefits. All health considerations are covered (inl: when NOT to massage)

The workshop is led by Gerry Marsh, (ITEC, PGDip, MBACP) who is an experienced practitioner and runs Gatehouse Complementary Health.
