  1. Apply to lips whenever they feel dry or before going out to help keep them moisturised.

Tube and cap: Both parts can be recycled with plastics, but not all local authorities accept them yet so please check your local recycling facilities.If not accepted, please bring to a participating Neal's Yard Remedies store.

The best lip balm, hands down!

I have never suffered from sore or chapped lips since using this lip balm. I apply before bed and again in the morning after cleansing. My lips stay soft and comfortable throughout all weathers. After my teen daughter’s lips became sore after using highly scented, coloured and cheap gloss lip balms, I bought her this lip balm too which healed her lips quickly with the added peace of mid it isn’t filled with questionable, harsh ingredients.

Amazing product - but too often out of stock

Absolutely love this product, but it’s always out of stock! I buy about 5 whenever it comes back into stock, because by the next time I need it, I can guarantee it will be out of stock again. I check literally every day to see if it’s back in stock. Also just a note- I’m holding off from buying other items until this is back in stock to save on postage.

Best lip balm

Have used lots of lip balms, but this is very special. Also use the Frankincense lip and eye serum - not sure if you are still making this? But together they are the perfect treatment for my lips when dry

Suddenly allergic to it

Not sure what has happened - I used to love this but earlier this year developed an allergy to it. Changed toothpaste, used NYR soothing skin salve and various other things till ok to reintroduce this lip balm (a fresh one) and got allergy again. V sad as I loved it. I have Long Covid and new sensitivities from that, which might explain it (though not timing). Have been allergic to gluten (not celiac) for 20 years so only thing I can think is sudden new sensitivity to the wheat germ in the formulation. Anyway, this is lovely and effective if you’re not allergic to it.

Natural and effective lip balm which is non- greasy with no taste or odour. I bought one to trial, then bought a couple more. Although expensive for a lip balm it lasts for a long time.
