Therapies for emotional well-being
Local therapists@ are holding a series of workshops to provide information and advice on well-being and emotional balance. The following topics will be discussed and tips given for common ailments such as stress, anxiety and coping with general worries about life issues.
The workshops will run on the following evenings:
Saturday 16th August 7.00pm - 9.00pm Deborah Hall and Anila Ahmad
Sunday 17th August 6.00pm - 8.00pm Linda Kelly and Anila Ahmad
