Warming and vitality superfood taster weekends – 17th & 18th, 24th & 25th January 2015 1pm – 5.30pm, Free

Come along and try a super spirit lifter, a super hot chocolate or a delicious macha latte using our superfoods and natural ingredients.  All will boost your health and mood as well as taste great and keep you warm in January.  We will also have healthy nibbles using goji berries, mulberries and golden berries to try.  Staff are on hand to answer any health questions and help make suggestions to boost vitality through organic skincare and natural remedies and nutrition.

 

Superfoods, super you - Wednesday 21st January 2015, 6.30pm – 8pm, £5

Come and find out how to use superfoods to add health and vitality to your life.  Medical herbalist, Cath Kay, will take you through the key benefits of using superfoods such as macca, chia seeds, cacao and golden berries.  The recipes are easy to make and delicious; you will get to try all the recipes made, receive recipe cards as well as a goody bag of skincare samples to take home.  Cath is happy to answer questions on how to use superfoods to optimise health and balance weight.
