Learn to massage your baby in a relaxed and informal group setting over a series of 5 sessions.  Baby Massage is a wonderful way to deepen the bond between parent and baby, providing sensory stimulation and helping babies to feel secure and loved.  Regular massage also boosts their immune system, helps them to sleep better and eases wind, colic, constipation, teething pain, and other common problems, whilst increasing self esteem and confidence for both parents and baby.
