Just add water and a few drops of your favourite essential oils and aromatherapy blends.

I placed the Esta on my Bedside Table & used Neal’s Eucalyptus Essential Oil. It seemed to reduce my need for Asthma vaporizer. Then I got lazy when I felt Better & stopped.
