This is probably the most effective hand cream I have ever used. I usually suffer from cracks around my nails every winter which become very sore and have tried so many creams that are supposed to be extremely moisturising but to no avail. This was part of a Christmas present and since using it this last few weeks my hands are so soft despite the constant handwashing and use of hand sanitisers containing alcohol. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I find the fragrance reminds me of an embrocation so I dont use it during the day but even with a single daily application at bedtime it is better than any cream I have ever tried so I am extremely happy with it.

This cream has helped save my skin over the COVID pandemic. I have always had sensitive skin and bouts of severe eczema and, as a teacher, I am currently having to use cleaning liquids every hour to clean computers etc at work and hand sanitiser several times an hour to keep clean and the Wild Rose hand cream has kept my skin supple, moisturised and happy! I had the enormous opportunity to study a few months in London, I live in Mexico. And due to the great difference in climate that exists, I ran to buy humidification for my hands, I usually buy very expensive products but this beautiful essence will be for me always those walks through that beautiful city, with my hands well protected.

I have been using this cream for quite a long time. I was always a big fan of this product but I am an even bigger one now when it brings calm to my irritated and dry skin after so many washes at work (I am an NHS worker). I just wish it was slightly cheaper especially now when needed more than ever in bigger quantity.

I love this hand cream - it is wonderfully hydrating and the scent is gorgeous. I apologize for assuming the packaging it was sent in was plastic doodles - I have since learned that they are made of cornstarch and can be added to the garden! Well done NYR!

My first review - and you will review my review? So that you don't have to publish anything uncomfortable? Why does Neal's Yard Remedies - 'Natural and Organic' - send out their products in boxes stuffed with plastic doodles? What's the thinking around this? That we won't notice the company only makes natural and organic choices when expedient? This is NOT holistic practice.

I have used a lot of hand creams in my life, and I swear this is the first one that feels like it is making a lasting difference on my skin. Some hand creams actually make me feel dehydrated to the point that I have to keep re-applying. This product is actually hydrating my skin, and I re-apply to enjoy the lovely scent (and keep up the benefits, of course!). I am a barista, so I am actively using my hands and washing them all day, and I can 100% recommend this product.

I literally don't go anywhere without this. I've used it for years and the scent is the most beautiful thing I've ever smelled and really calms and balances. Without this, my hands are always dry and cracked. The texture is rich but not greasy and incredibly soothing. Smooth supple hands, even after washing.
