Therapist

Valentina understands the importance of therapeutic touch and believes it invaluable for physical and emotional wellbeing.  She has a strong belief in the body’s ability to heal itself and how it can often do so with a little extra support and guidance.   She prides herself on making every treatment a blissful and meditative experience.

Graduating from the London School of Reflexology having been taught by Louise Keet (Author of The Reflexology Bible and Hand Reflexology), Valentina provides the following treatments as well as standard Reflexology:

The Bergman Zone Method of Facial Reflexology:

This therapy provides a beautiful and precise tool to show what is happening within the different systems of the body.  Sometimes referred to by Ziggy Bergman’s clients as ‘the mini facelift’, it not only helps to relieve stress and tension in a gentle and effective way, but also helps to strengthen layers of skin tissue and improve skin tone.

Hand Reflexology:

Particularly beneficial for those who cannot use Reflexology directly on the feet due to injury or an existing condition or for people who just prefer to be treated on the hands.

Maternity Reflexology:

These treatments act as wonderful tools to help and support clients in different stages, whether that is starting or growing a family.  As Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy, it can prove to be beautifully relaxing, nurturing and restorative to the person for pre-conceptual, pregnancy or post-natal care.

Valentina is a full member of The Association of Reflexologists and is available every Wednesday at Neal’s Yard Remedies in Richmond, Surrey.
