Philippa qualified as a registered Nutritional Therapist in 2005 and has worked in private practice supporting a broad spectrum of health issues, with a special interest in digestion and its impact on the development of chronic, inflammatory conditions. She is also a qualified Neurolinguistic Practitioner, Personal Trainer and has a degree in Food Science.
Her aim is to encourage her clients to understand how their health has an impact on their life, including the effect of past and current lifestyle choices. IgG Food Sensitivity Testing gives the results of 59 test foods in 1 hour and is conducted during your consultation. Your health plan will be personalised so that as well as knowing which foods to avoid, you will be given advice on how to improve your digestion and restore your gut health.
