I graduated from the University of Westminster in 2003 with a degree in Health Science: Therapeutic Bodywork (BSc Honours). I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and presently work within Neal's Yard Remedies in Cambridge. Here I practice Sports and Deep Tissue Massage as well as Craniosacral Therapy. The massage work aims to help people feel relaxed in their body and to make their muscles, connective tissues and joints feel soft, supple and pain/tension free. My Craniosacral Therapy work offers a gentler approach, facilitating therapeutic relaxation and leaving people feeling at ease, energised and in harmony with their body.
