I use classical homeopathy and its younger branch, the Scholten method based on deep acting mineral remedies.
Classical homeopathy is best known for using one single pill, emphasising constitutional approach and analysing symptoms. But homeopathy can be used in many different ways. Our hectic lifestyle occasionally favours more clinical homeopathy, which includes acute prescribing, organ support, cell salts to replenish the missing elements, tonics, and sometimes multiple remedies. These approaches are used in order make it easier to cope with the stress, anxiety and challenges of everyday life as well as many chronic conditions. The input of patients towards their recovery is important because homeopathy is part of a holistic system, where the diet, exercise, and lifestyle are very closely related.
Homeopathy offers lots of different solutions which are always very individual and holistic. You may use it along with other therapies and conventional medication.
