Liz trained as an Infant Massage Instructor with the newly formed International Association of Infant Massage in 1998 and has loved working with parents and babies ever since. She sees up to 50 parents and babies each week through classes at Neal’s Yard Remedies, Children’s Centres and as private clients in their own homes. Liz welcomes crying, nappy changing and feeding during her classes and believes that parents are the best at massaging their own babies. Liz has been involved in research projects with Sir Richard Bowlby and Dr Angela Underdown and works with parents of babies experiencing surgery or having a special need. She enjoys running Mother and Baby Yoga classes as a natural progression and complement to Infant Massage.
Liz became a Massage Therapist in 1981 and is an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist. She has been passionate about massage for over 30 years.
