Lis has eight year’s experience working with her clients from her woodland home in the Brendon hills and has also worked within the herbal industry making herbal products. She is a member of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy. She enjoys her working therapeutic relationship with her clients treating all sorts of complaints from the simple to the very complex.

“In practice I am especially interested in how herbs can support our emotional and mental health and how this in turn affects our physical health. The natural world has given us an astounding array of herbs with differing properties to help us deal with all the variances of human moods and emotions as well as our physical needs. This allows a broad gamut of treatment options for individuals”.

Lis has also used her wide understanding of herbal medicine making to put together various making courses from very simple to intensive levels and enjoys teaching these to small groups. Guided herb walks are available by appointment.
