Kath is a life and wellbeing coach; her aim is to help people achieve lasting, positive change personally and professionally.
She trained in coaching in 2006 and held various leadership positions that required regular coaching of teams and individuals. She now trains staff internationally in management skills.
In 2017 Kath took postgraduate diplomas in life coaching and neurolinguistic programming. She believes that we all need a sounding board sometimes, and that active listening can be transformational in terms of support to achieve change. She worked for over six years as a Samaritan, as well as training new Samaritans, and male and female prisoners, in these skills.
Kath is a full member of the Association for Coaching.
