Kath has provided therapeutic care to people for 30 years as a nurse. For the past 8 years, she has also worked as a complementary health practitioner, drawing from all her skills and knowledge to support clients to improve their health and wellbeing.
She is an avid enthusiast of Craniosacral Therapy. Having first experienced it as a client, she was so impressed with the profound benefit it had on her own level of health and wellbeing that she felt compelled to train as a practitioner. Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to help the client’s body heal and release physical and emotional tensions. Being very gentle and non-invasive it is suitable for everyone, including babies, children, those with acute and chronic health issues, the elderly, and pregnant women. Kath is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK- craniosacral.co.uk
Kath also offers Thai Foot Massage which is a soothing but energising treatment that combines elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Chinese Massage. It uses hands-on massage, stretching and acupressure to stimulate points in the feet and lower legs so that tired feet are energised, circulation to the legs increased, and lower limb flexibility improved.
