John Archambeault has over twenty years experience providing counselling and psychotherapy, working alongside clients to overcome depression and low mood, troubled pasts, negative beliefs about themselves, anxiety and the impact of loss. He has worked in the NHS as a cognitive behavioural therapist and as a senior practitioner in group therapy and mental health. With a special interest in providing CBT and additional experience working with those with chronic health conditions, couples and those in higher education, he is equipped to work collaboratively to offer relief.
He is accredited by the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
