Jill graduated from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London, having trained originally as a Sport Scientist. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the Osteopathic Sports Care Association.
Jill has experience treating people of all ages from toddlers and teenagers to those more senior in years. She uses a structural approach to treatment, incorporating soft tissue work with mobilisation and manipulation techniques. Jill is a certified Kinesio tape practitioner.
Jill treats expectant and post-partum women. As the mother of 4 children Jill understands the stresses placed on the body during pregnancy and labour.
Jill has a special interest in the treatment of sports injuries, having worked with athletes from the weekend warrior to elite and age-group athletes at National and Paralympic level. She regularly works as therapy support at cycling and triathlon competitions.
Jill is an enthusiastic triathlete and can often be seen out cycling around Durdham Downs.
