Isobel has been a professional clinical therapist for over 10 years, practising Herbal Medicine and Clinical, Sports & Remedial Massage (specialising in myofascial techniques) and builds the foundations of her treatments on identifying and resolving the source of problems as well as the symptoms. In addition to her clinical work, she is a passionate and enthusiastic massage/mfr tutor and examiner for the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT), and also has a position on their executive committee as the sports massage consultant. Isobel takes an in-depth view of her clients' well-being, providing bespoke treatment to relieve pain, discomfort, stress and to restore full function and optimum health. In her work as both teacher and practitioner, she combines her medical knowledge and clinical experience, with an analytical but holistic approach to both bodywork and herbal medicine. As a passionate believer in integrated healthcare, Isobel is part of a cross-referral team, working closely with practitioners of other disciplines, both mainstream and complementary, striving to provide the best possible solutions for each patient.
