My 20-year international athletic career has given me a personal understanding of the demands that daily stress, training and fatigue put on the body, whilst my MSc in Personalised Nutrition has expanded this into a profound knowledge of nutrition science and its functional application to all health and disease.
At heart I have a fundamental love of real food and a passion that people should understand how astonishing the human body is, and how, given the right nourishment it has an astounding ability to heal.
I see clients with a wide variety of symptoms, so no matter what challenge you face; injury, dis-ease or maintaining optimal health, good nutrition can support your body to do incredible things.
