Emma has worked internationally for 13 years as a holistic therapist. Her unique approach is guided as much by intuition as anatomical knowledge.

Combining the most enjoyable and effective elements of holistic and deep tissue massage, Emma's intuitive use of gentle stretches and deep massage techniques, pausing to address trigger points, allows the parasympathetic nervous system to calm down and relax the body.

This fluid, graceful fusion of techniques stimulates deep into the fascia, helping to enable therapeutic release. Emma combines remedial pressure with organic pre-blended oils to help relieve muscle tension, calm the nervous system and restore an equilibrium. This can assist the whole being; shifting, releasing and renewing both energetically and physically. The body’s natural healing ability is stimulated leaving you feeling serene, grounded and with a sense of clarity. All treatments are bespoke, so if issues lie primarily in the physical body, deeper muscular release work will be integrated where necessary.

As a mother herself, Emma has a deep interest in pre and postnatal massage and enjoys working with clients during this special time, helping to ease the pain and discomfort that can arise in a rapidly changing, pregnant body.

Emma is also qualified in Holistic Facials and has a keen interest in natural skin care. Her organic facials aim to deliver a truly relaxing experience using Neal's Yard Remedies products tailored to the needs of your skin, bringing together the science of plant power and prescriptive massage techniques.  She aims to ensure you leave visibly glowing and with a better understanding of which products will work best for you.

Facial Rejuvenation massage techniques aim to naturally 'lift' the facial muscles and encourage the circulation of nutrients to the skin leaving you looking and feeling more radiant and relaxed.

Emma has been an insured member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) since 2005 and holds a full DBS certificate.
