Emma qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2019. Her practice will support you through an in-depth exploration of your case-history to identify underlying biochemical imbalances. She will discuss your symptoms and assess the influence of genetics, family and medical history, diet, stress levels, sleep quality, exercise, existing health conditions, emotional health and environmental factors. She will work with you to create a personalised, achievable nutrition and lifestyle plan. It was a journey to improve her own health which inspired Emma to help others achieve the same; she provides general practice with a special interest in autoimmune conditions.
