Iyengar Yoga helps students focus on correct alignment ensuring that they are working safely to benefit flexibility, posture, strength and wellbeing. Iyengar classes use blocks and belts for those with less flexibility. Adjustments are made for people with mobility problems, therefore classes are suitable for any age or ability.
Christine Rumley is trained to a high standard and has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for more than ten years, undertaking rigorous training to teach at an intermediate level.
The small friendly classes are maximum 8 students therefore booking is essential. One to one classes are also available.
